To rent a unit:
You may email for vacancies but you must rent in person.
You are required to provide a picture ID and sign a rental agreement.
A $10 deposit is required. If the unit is clean when you move out, the deposit will be returned.
How your rent is handled:
You may rent on a monthly basis.
Your first month is prorated on the number of days you occupy the unit. Your last month is not.
Rent payments are due by the 10th of each month. After that, a $10 late fee is assessed.
When you move out:
Two weeks notice prior to moving out would be nice, but we know it isn’t always possible.

Remove your lock and close the door.
John Windham CPA has a broom. If you sweep the unit clean, your $10 deposit will be returned.
Remember, insurance is your responsibility.
